Abstract: This paper focuses on the methods and the mechanisms of E-commerce and E-marketing, and the important role of international electronic companies in this vital and digital field. The spreaders of the digital economy and the techniques of information and communication technology are deployed with applications of E-commerce and E-marketing. Thus, the digital globalization opens the horizon of technological development and accelerates the growth of the use of modern techniques through the innovation of the digital economy in our daily lives. In addition, the modernization of companies in the field of E-marketing and E-commerce has a direct impact on the strategic relationship between internet users, information, technology and business. In this sense, my theoretical study determines methods and mechanisms of promotion through E-commerce and E-marketing during the revolution of the digital economy and the technologies of modern and social communication.

Abstract: The Tunisian economic facts after the so-called the Arab spring or social revolution have been marketed by numerous fluctuations and radical changes in the general situation of the management of the administrative affairs of the country. The most prominent of these facts, including the series of chaotic sit-ins and the political and security instability that has increased from 2011 to 2018, note in particular the emergence of the phenomenon of terrorism and assassinations. These negative results are too the expensive cost of the Tunisian national economy, which has been directed, affected by all vital sectors of the country’s economy, especially the tourism, trade and investment sectors. In addition, the increase in excessive wages during the first three years following the revolution and the increasing number of random sit-ins that led to the cessation of the production in the Gafsa phosphate mine and the failure to work for most of the public servants represented negative factors that led to a decline in productivity and an increase in the financial and trade deficit. Thus, the budget deficit and the accumulation of indebtedness represent the main obstacle to achieving social and economic stability.

Abstract: By bringing together business and ecological aims, green HRM methods hope to encourage a more ethical work environment. This study looks at how sustainable economic development is connected to “Green Human Resource Management (HRM) practices.” This study presents a comprehensive methodology that analyses the effect of Green HRM’s many facets on cost reduction and resource efficiency in businesses. The research intends to assist businesses and governments in adopting HRM practices that are good for the environment and the economy by combining current literature and using empirical data. Objective: The research aims to determine the factors of Green HRM practices resulting in economic growth trajectory of organization. The study’s secondary objectives are to ascertain whether or not green HRM practices contribute to cost savings and resource efficiency, and whether or not they have any impact on economic development. Methodology: A survey among 100 respondents is conducted and data is collected by using Self- constructed questionnaire having 21 questions in total which are further divided into 5 variables. To find the determined factors, a model will be prepared using AMOS v21.Further the Regression is calculated to find out the impact of G-HRM on cost saving and resource efficiency. The Pearson’s correlation is calculated to find out the relationship among Green HRM and economic growth. Findings: The determined factors have a significant impact on Green HRM. Also, the Green HRM has a significant positive relationship with economic growth of an organization and it has a significantly positive impact on the cost saving and resource efficiency of the organization.

Abstract: This study investigates the impact of various types of risk perceived (financial risk, product risk, security risk, time risk, social risk and psychological risk) by consumer on his/her online purchase intention by conducting survey method. A total of 370 responses were collected from the respondents Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh to analyse the critical factors of perceived risk affecting online purchase intention. Analysis was carried out by using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS software. The results showed that out of six types of risk perceived by consumer, four factors have significant negative effect on the online purchase intentions of the consumer which are financial risk, product risk, security risk and psychological risk. Study also suggests strategies for the e-retailers by which they can minimise consumer’s perception about these types of risks.

Abstract: Throughout the lives of individuals, irrespective of their communities, categories and socio-economic backgrounds are required to understand the meaning and significance of professional development. Implementing this concept in their lives is regarded as vital in promoting enhancement of one’s overall standards of living. It is apparently understood that they have different types of goals and objectives to achieve. In order to achieve all types of goals and objectives within personal and professional lives, one needs to put into practice different types of tasks and activities in an efficient manner. Hence, promoting professional development will be facilitating in honing analytical and critical-thinking skills. These skills are facilitating in carrying out all types of tasks and activities in an appropriate manner. Furthermore, individuals will augment information in terms of different types of pioneering methods and materials. In addition, one will be able to differentiate between different types of appropriate and inappropriate aspects. One of the major advantages is, one will be able to reinforce contacts with other individuals in personal and professional lives. Hence, individuals are able to form an effective social circle and bring about improvements in their overall standards of living through promoting professional development. Throughout the lives of individuals, they need to augment information in terms of ways that would be facilitating in augmenting professional development. Therefore, it is well-understood, augmenting professional development is essential in achievement of desired goals and objectives. The main concepts that are taken into account in this research paper are, understanding the meaning and significance of professional development, measures to be implemented in augmenting professional development and advantages of augmenting professional development.

Abstract: Within all types of organizations, there are individuals in leadership positions. They are required to be well-informed in terms of the all their job duties and responsibilities. In order carry these out in a well-organized manner, one needs to be well-informed in terms of methodologies and procedures. The individuals in leadership positions need to augment the traits of efficiency, honesty, morality and ethics throughout their jobs. Furthermore, they need to guide the human resources in the right direction. These are the assets and need to make use of their competencies, abilities and aptitude in doing well in their job duties. As a consequence, they will meet the expectations of leaders. The leaders are required to pay attention on number of factors, which are necessary in promoting well-being of human resources and overall structure of the organizations. These are, making wise and productive decisions in terms of various factors; managing financial, human, technical, material and information resources; utilization of pioneering methodologies and materials; grievance redresser procedures; infrastructure, amenities and facilities; training and development programs and so forth. Furthermore, they are required to form cordial and amiable terms and relationships with all the employees. Therefore, it is well-understood, implementing leadership functions is vital in leading to up-gradation of organizational structure. The main concepts that are taken into account in this research paper are, understanding the meaning and significance of leadership functions, measures to be implemented in leading to up-gradation of leadership functions, and advantages of implementing leadership functions.

Abstract: The core purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of innovation strategy on financial, social and environmental performance of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE). The information used is from 129 companies listed on TSE in different industries between 2011 and 2018 (1032 observations). In order to analyze the data, a multivariate regression test was used. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between innovation strategy on financial performance and environmental performance. Also, the relationship between innovation strategy and social performance has a positive but insignificant. Innovation tools are also among the few management tools that can have a positive impact on both financial performance and the company’s environmental performance. In this research, an attempt has been made to look at the idea of innovation from a financial point of view, and its results in the long run indicate the right choice of management to invest in the company’s research and development unit.

Abstract: The city of Kochi marks as one of the crucial areas wherein a large number of labour migrants from all around the country seem to have found solace in. The figures on this basis also seem to be growing over the previous years. The study deals with the role of labour migration in the infra-structural development of Kochi and its effect on the economy, wherein the supplied knowledge of data is collected through primary information from a fifty randomly selected respondents. The data was collected from Aluva, Kakkanad and Kaloor, which are claimed to be the major areas of migrant labour inhibitions. The overall study examines the factors and living conditions of the migrant labours, their impact on the economy and their role in infra-structural development. The study also focuses on the interrelationship between certain factors that lead to their migration.

Abstract: This study examines the effect or impact of the buyback, initiated by Indian companies, on their fundamentals reflected in their financial efficiency, shareholdings, and market prices. Research limitation: Time frame is taken only for 3 years and the analysis of post buyback is of the company’s financial is done only for a year. The originality of the study: The sample companies for this study would be selected foremost, from those having existed for a minimum of 20 years and simultaneously with a buy-back offer that is less than 10% of the paid-up capital of the company.

Abstract: The rapid change in the nature of tourists, tourism with natural and cultural environment necessitates new paradigm to manage tourism development.
